- Cash (South African Rands ONLY)
- Bank Guaranteed Cheques (to the Kenya High Commission) OR
- Postal Order (to the Kenya High Commission). Postal orders can be obtained from any Post Office

- Application letter.
- Current Original Passport (Not photocopy).
- Two copies of fully and correctly completed prescribed application form
- Two copies of applicant's Immigration status in South Africa (i.e. Permanent Residence, Work Permit, Student Authorization etc).
- Additional documentary proof of Kenya citizenship may be required if necessary.
