Passport for Minors Born Abroad
(Please read the requirements below before downloading this form) |

* Application for Passport for a Child Under 16yrs [FORM PP2] |
- Cash (South African Rands ONLY)
- Bank Guaranteed Cheques (to the Kenya High Commission) OR
- Postal Order (to the Kenya High Commission). Postal orders can be obtained from any Post Office

- Two copies of fully and correctly completed prescribed application form
- Photocopies Current Passport ( the last 3 pages)
- Four passport- sized photographs (Size 2"X1.5").
- Two copies of your Immigration Status in South Africa (i.e. Permanent Residence, Work Permit, Student Authorization etc).
- Additional documentary proof of Kenya citizenship may be required if necessary.
- In addition to the above requirements for adults minors under 16years should submit the following:
- Certified Copy of the Birth
- Copy of the parents Marriage certificate
- Copies of both parents passports(last 3pages)
- For children previously endorsed in the parents passport, submit pages of endorsement and birth certificate

- 32 Pages R450
- 48 Pages R650
- 64 pages R800
- PP2 forms Minors below 16 (Download)
- Waiting period: 4-6 weeks
